Vanotex textiles recycling acquired by two young entrepreneurs

Transaction:
William Van Steenberge and Vincent Lefevere have taken over Vanotex. The company is located in Deinze and active in the recycling of production waste from the textile industry.
The company was founded in 1975 by Frans Van Overschelde and his wife and was run for more than 25 years by the brothers, Jef and Tom Van Overschelde. Both brothers remain closely involved in the further evolution of the company.
VDP acted as advisor to the buyer.
Vanotex:
Vanotex has been active for more than 45 years in the recycling of production waste from the textile industry.
The main activity consists of unraveling or effilochating mainly synthetic production waste from various branches of the textile industry (needle felt, mattress industry, yarn industry, fibre producers, etc.). Vanotex always tailors the end product to the wishes of the customer.
Vanotex processes approximately 7,000 tons of textile waste every year and can respond very quickly to the wishes of the supplier and the customer thanks to its own transport and modern machinery.
