Gilco

Gilco is the Belgian market leader for processing and commercialising of herring. Its main customers are active in retail and food services. Since 1950, Gilco has been specialising in serving herring and morsels and is considered as a frontrunner in taste innovation related to herring. Gilco’s product range consists of herring snacks with more than 15 flavours: red beet, mango and curry, to chilli, sherry and dill, among others. The snacks are available in multiple grocery shops: Delhaize, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Aldi and Colruyt.
