VDP has been the expert in M&A and related advice for small and medium-sized companies in Belgium for more than 25 years. Our team has a track record of more than 400 transactions and broad industry experience, including at an international level.

VDP offers the possibility to work full-time in our experienced team for a period of 3 to 6 months. During an internship you work intensively and from A to Z on current M&A assignments.

What will you do?

• In-depth analysis of companies and broader markets and sectors
• Contribute to preparation of internal and external documents, such as financial models, investment memorandum, etc.
• Attending customer meetings

Required skills:

• You are a passionate master’s student or recent graduate in an economic field with strong academic results
• Previous experience in investment banking, consulting or audit is a plus
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Interest and affinity for corporate finance
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Team player with excellent analytical skills

Length hand location of the internship:

• 3 to 6 months
• Location: VDP Ghent
