We are continuously looking for people who can strengthen our team. You will join a small dynamic team of senior professionals who offer you the opportunity to be directly involved in transactions. What will you do?

• In-depth analysis of companies and broader markets and sectors
• Preparation of financial models such as company valuations and business plans
• Preparation and elaboration of presentations for customers
• Assisting in coaching a team of interns
• Approaching and meeting potential buyers and sellers

Required skills:

• You have a university background with financial specialisation and at least 3 years of professional experience (corporate finance, investment banking, consulting)
• Team player with excellent analytical skills and pronounced technical expertise in the financial field
• Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• Broad interest in and affinity with the Flemish and international financial and business world
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
