The Ghent based investment group aim.group is taking over supply chain and logistics consultant BRIXadvice.

VDP acted as legal advisor to the buyer.

BRIXadvice was founded in 2005 by Patricia Laureys. With 35 employees, BRIXadvice provides all kinds of services such as studies, process optimization and security solutions. In addition, it advises customers on the efficient and sustainable organization of their often complex supply chains. The company has a turnover of approximately 4.5 million euros and has well-known customers, including Colruyt, Van Hool, Alken-Maes, DHL and Reynaers Aluminium.
