With the entry of Vortex Capital Partners and David Geerts in the capital, hypotheek.winkel successfully completed its search for a strategic partner.
VDP acted as corporate finance advisor and assisted hypotheek.winkel’s shareholders in the deal. We were looking for a partner who understands the power of the business model and can support where necessary.

Hypotheek.winkel, founded in 2001, has grown in recent years into Belgium’s largest credit broker and generated last year more than 1 billion EUR in brokered loans. The company assists private individuals in their search for the right mortgage loan through a franchise network of more than 90 branches across Flanders.
