Fintech companies POM and Mail to Pay join forces

Transaction:
The Antwerp start-up POM – Peace Of Mind, which was founded 8 years ago by Johannes Vermeire and Tom Totté, will become part of the Dutch Mail to Pay, a portfolio company of Vortex Capital Partners. Management and shareholders will remain on board. With 25 employees, Mail to Pay is about twice the size of POM. Based on the current run-rate, the combination is generating approximately 10 million euros in revenues.
VDP has advised the seller.

Mail to Pay is the founder of debtor process automation in the Netherlands and automates the invoicing process of large organizations with innovative credit management software. Over the past three years, Mail to Pay in Belgium has successfully built up a nice portfolio in various sectors, such as healthcare (hospitals and medical laboratories), energy companies, residential care centers and various financial players.
