Hypotheek.winkel and Verzekeringen NV join forces. Verzekeringen NV is the company behind the leading comparison websites Verzekeringen.be and Assurances.be. After Vortex Capital Partners together with the management acquired a majority interest in hypotheek.winkel, Verzekeringen NV is now part of the same group. With this new investment, Vortex aims to create a multi-access value proposition and become the leading marketplace in Belgium for financial products and services.
