Libert Paints is a medium-sized Belgian company that produces protective and industrial paints, hygiene paints, floor and building paints. The products of the Ghent family business are offered all over the world: from its state-of-the-art production facilities in Ghent to the rest of Europe to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Russia. They find wide applications in petrochemical plants, hospitals, commercial buildings, industrial sites, airports, homes, etc., protecting steel structures, floors, interior and exterior walls, etc. every day. After 145 years, the shareholders of Libert Paints decided to offer their business for sale and look for a new shareholder. The Libert family previously sold Oxyplast, a pioneer in powder coatings. Libert Paints, which provides more than 40 jobs, had been in difficulty for several years.
