Ecotechnics enters partnership with Waterland

Transaction:

Renewable energy installer Eco Technics and roofing group ‘ADW – Adidak – Aditoit’, are joining forces as one group to support their joint growth ambitions. This partnership is supported by European private equity fund Waterland with the ambition to obtain a leading position in the consolidation of the European market.

By joining forces, Eco Technics and ADW-Adidak-Aditoit aim to improve service levels to existing and new customers by a joint offering in the areas of insulation, roofing & renewable energy solutions.

VDP acted as advisor to Eco Technics.

Eco Technics:

Eco Technics, founded in 2007, is specialized in the installation of solar panels, charging stations and industrial battery storage for both the industrial and residential market. Its mainly active in Flanders, with a major focus on the province of Antwerp. Eco Technics employs 32 people and installs >30 MW of solar panels annually.

ADW – Adidak – -Aditoit:

ADW, Adidak and Aditoit have been active in flat roof installation since the late 1980s with a focus on the industrial market (new construction projects and renovations). The three companies operate in the Belgian market, each with their own core region. The three companies have a combined workforce of more than 100 employees and have already sealed more than 15 million m² of roofs.
