Transaction:

Team Green, a renawable energy installer with 17 years of experience, joins forces with the ADW Eco Technics group, a renewable energy installer and roofing group, backed by Waterland Private Equity.

Thanks to the aligned growth ambitions and strong complementarity between the companies, Team Green now also becomes part of the ADW Eco Technics group. Through this collaboration, they aim to better serve existing and new customers with a joint offering in insulation, roofing, and renewable energy solutions. Additionally, the group has ambitious national and international plans to add additional complementary companies within their sector to the group, further expanding and strengthening it.

The pooling of these skills and knowledge is essential to maintain a competitive position in this rapidly evolving market and signifies a strategic move towards offering a full spectrum of renewable energy solutions such as solar panels, battery storage, and charging stations.

Together, the group boasts over 40 years of combined experience and realises a turnover of 80 million euros, with more than 200 employees.

Team Green:

Team Green, originating from the previous merger of the companies Solarroof and Solar Constructs (with subsidiaries Charge4u and S4Charge) both founded in 2006, is a renowned player in the field of green energy solutions such as solar panel systems, battery systems, and charging infrastructure, serving both individuals and project developers, as well as industrial customers. The group, with offices in Damme, Lokeren, and Assenede, is mainly active in Flanders, with a strong focus in the provinces of East and West Flanders. Team Green currently employs approximately 30 workers.

ADW Eco Technics:

ADW Eco Technics is a combination of the two companies, Eco Technics and ADW (including Adidak and Aditoit). Eco Technics, founded in 2007, is specialized in the installation of solar panels, charging stations and industrial battery storage for both the industrial and residential market. Its mainly active in Flanders, with a major focus on the province of Antwerp. ADW, Adidak and Aditoit have been active in flat roof installation since the late 1980s with a focus on the industrial market (new construction projects and renovations). The three companies operate in the Belgian market, each with their own core region.
